1. Who we are

ESIM SOLARSERV ("we", "us") sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans through esim.solarserv.ro. Seller details: ESIM SOLARSERV · esim.solarserv.ro. Contact: office@ecosolaris.ro.

2. The product

An eSIM plan is a digital, data-only mobile subscription for the destination and period stated on the product page. Plans are supplied by licensed carrier partners; we act as the retailer. Plans do not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated. Speeds depend on the local network and your device; "5G" means 5G where the partner network offers it.

3. Ordering and delivery

By placing an order you confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked (see compatible devices). After payment is confirmed the eSIM is provisioned automatically and delivered to the email address you provided, and to your account. Delivery normally takes seconds; if automatic provisioning fails we will provision it manually or refund you in full.

4. Validity and use

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network at the destination, unless the product page says otherwise, and ends after the stated number of days or when the data allowance is used up, whichever comes first. Unused data is not carried over or refunded. Fair-use policies of the local network may apply to unlimited plans. Each eSIM profile can be installed on one device only; deleting the profile from the device makes it unusable.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Exchange rates for non-EUR currencies are updated daily.

6. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: unused, uninstalled eSIMs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; installed or activated eSIMs cannot, except where the service did not work for reasons within our control.

7. Account

Accounts are created automatically with your email address at checkout. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to that email; keep your mailbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Liability

We are not liable for coverage gaps, network outages, device incompatibility, or losses caused by lack of connectivity. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union; EU consumers keep the protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
