After payment you receive a QR code by email within seconds. Scan it in your phone's settings (or tap the one-tap install link on iPhone), keep the eSIM enabled with data roaming on, and your plan starts when you connect to a local network in Global.

Plans for Global start from €4.99. Prices are shown in your currency and there are no roaming surprises — you pay once for the data you choose.

Most phones from 2018 onwards support eSIM: iPhone XS/XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and many others. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked.

Install the eSIM before you travel (you need Wi-Fi to download it) and turn it on when you land. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.

Yes. The eSIM only provides data; your physical SIM stays active for calls and SMS, and WhatsApp keeps working with your existing number.

Plans marked "Hotspot" allow tethering so you can share data with a laptop or a travel companion.
